Attendees will be given confidential and unpublished course notes on the construction and use of RTM & VM molds. These notes and any technical information given are covered by copyright. By signing the registration form each student agrees not to disclose or copy any information gained, in whole or in part.

FIRST ATTENDEE $1,250.00 SECOND ATTENDEE $1,050.00

THE COURSE FEE INCLUDES:

· JHM Technologies Tooling License, comprehensive Course Manual, plus full practical and theoretical training with hands on demonstrations.

· Excellent hotel accommodation for two nights, all meals and transport to and from hotel to training center.

PAYMENT TERMS:

· A non-refundable deposit of $500.00, per student, is required to be sent with this registration form

· The balance must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the course.

ACCOMMODATION:

· Hotel accommodation for two nights inclusive of all meals and transport to and from the course venue.

· Registration will not be accepted without the deposit check.

· Course location, accommodation and transport details will be supplied upon receipt of the completed registration form and a $500.00 non-refundable deposit.
