Infuser PRG-

Designed for injecting polyester, vinylester and methacrylate resins and peroxide catalyst, at controlled flow rates and pressure. The unit uses the proven JHM Technologies pumping system which mixes on demand at the injection head with the catalyst ratio adjustable from 0.5% to 3.0% in increments 0.1% achieved using Progressive Catalyzation Ratio system detailed later. The Infuser PRG offers the state of the art in fully automated RTM Injection which puts the control of the process in the automated equipment and molds thus eliminating the reliance on the operator for the quality and repeatability of the moldings produced. The Infuser PRG meets the daily demand of production for today's competitive manufacturing environment.

Infuser PRG EPX (Epoxy)-

Designed for injecting multiple component Epoxy resins, at controlled Pressures and Flow rates. The unit uses the proven JHM Technologies, Inc. positive displacement double acting pumping system, which mixes on demand at the injection head with the INFINITELY variable hardener ratio settings adjustable from: (50cc Slave pump provides mix ratios from 2.3 to 1 up to 10 to 1) or (25cc Slave provides 4.7 to 1 up to 20 to 1) (Note: only one Slave pump is included, specify either the 25cc or 50cc at time of ordering) The Infuser PRG offers the state of the art in fully automated RTM Injection which puts the control of the process in the automated equipment and molds thus eliminating the reliance on the operator for the quality and repeatability of the moldings produced. The Infuser PRG meets the daily demand of production for today's competitive manufacturing environment.

Infuser MONO

The Infuser Series range of Resin Transfer Molding (RTM) machines offers to simplify the process of handling a wide variety of thermoset resins. The Infuser Mono is fully PLC controlled with 6" Monochrome Display for easy real-time monitoring of the most critical process variables. The system offers a versatile package for small batch production, research & development and aerospace type activities. Using the "pressure pot principle", pre-mixed resin systems are drawn into** the machine under vacuum, actively degassed and then dispensed under pressure into the mold cavity. Processing requirements of single part epoxy materials such as Hexcel's RTM6 and 3M's PR500 have led to heated systems complete with higher levels of control and monitoring.
