With over 80 years of combined experience in composite tooling, JHM Technologies, inc. has provided closed molders worldwide, with proven composite tools in RTM, LRTM, VARTM, and reusable silicone bags. Hands-on production molding experience with OEM class A automotive panels, medical, boating, and mass transit provides composite tool design with real experience. From one-off prototypes to production ready high volume high temperature composite tooling, JHM Technologies, Inc. will support you with each step, while providing you with 80+ years of experience, features, and innovation!

JHM Technologies, Inc. will work with you to choose the ideal process (RTM, LRTM, VARTM, or Reusable Vacuum Bags) for your tooling project. With the right process chosen we’ll create a composite tool design from a 2D drawing or a solid CAD file, and send it over to one of our tried-and-tested pattern fabricator—or one of your choice. From there our experienced in-house tool builders will build your tool placing primary concern on tool quality, performance, lifespan, and finished surface quality! Each tool is completed with our “commissioning part” supplied to you—the customer—proving the tool build.
